How to Get Rid of Body Odor with Lifestyle Changes

1. If you want to really get rid of body odor then staying clean is the main aspect. You need to maintain proper hygiene so as to never let sweat accumulate in your body. Bathing daily and changing clothes will keep the sweat and ultimately odor away from your body.

2. Always use good quality shower gel and bathing soap and wash your underarms with much more care.

3. Avoid using antiperspirants and deodorants because they are likely to make the situation worse instead of improving. This is so because underarm sweat is caused by bacteria and when you use these deodorants it acts asa food for these bacteria and thus the odor increases.

4. Though many of us change our clothes daily but when it comes to changing our undergarments we are a bit lazy. Make it a rule to change them along with the socks ona daily basis.

7. Scrubbing your body with a good exfoliator is effective in reducing body odor as this helps to remove the dead skin cells. Mix oatmeal and yoghurt together and use them as a good exfoliator.

8. If you suffer from mouth odor then flossing your teeth at least twice a day is required.

9. If the body odor does not go away even after a change in your lifestyle then it is better to consult a doctor who will perhaps give you a better advice as you might be suffering from a problem called as Bromhidrosis.
