Ear Pain: At times, ear pain can be ruinous. You just need to wrap garlic buds in a ball of cotton and simply place it in your ears. This will ease out your pain.

Toothache: Pain in the gums and tooth can be extremely disturbing. You can place two or three cloves in the oral cavity. This is said to be most effective in easing out the pain. Dysmenorrhea: If women have been suffering from painful monthly cycles, then consuming fenugreek seeds with lukewarm water help to ease pain.

The best way to get rid of this is to drink plenty of fluids especially water on a daily basis. You can also include more of cranberry juice, apple juice to ease pain in urine. You can also drink cardamom water to relieve pain. Eating tender coconut helps to reduce burning while barley water if consumed reduces pain.

Knee/ Joint: Aloe vera has proved to be very effective in treating pain of the knee or joint. The pulp of aloe vera should be mixed with turmeric and heated.
