However, you don’t have to buy conditioners which are in the market rather there is a whole list of natural hair conditioners which you can make apply on your hair.

There are some of the best Natural Hair Conditioners which are available in your kitchen shelf. These are less expensive and chemical free also.

  • Beat the egg yolk and add to it one tbsp of olive oil or any baby oil and mix well. Apply it thoroughly on your hair, leave for few minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

Green Tea : Green tea is said to be an effective conditioner for your hair. Just add two bags of green tea in hot boiling water and let it cool down. Once cooled, remove the tea bags and pour green tea all over your hair. Wait for three minutes and then rinse with cool water.

Honey : Honey and Water should be mixed in equal quantities and applied on hair. Rinse with warm water. Honey leaves your hair not just conditioned but also soft and silky.

You can even mix honey with banana and apply on your hair. Wash your hair after half an hour.

Beer: Beer is said to be a good conditioner. Just let it sit on your hair for 15 minutes and then rinse properly with water.

It not just strengthens your hair but also makes them glossy and shiny too.

Mint: Mint can also be used as a good conditioner. Just add mint leaves into boiling water and let it cool down. This water should then be used as a conditioner to get shiny hair.

Here is a list of some of some effective recipes for natural conditioners which you can easily make at home and get that long, shiny hair without destroying your hair texture.

Jojoba Hair Conditioner: In order to make this conditioner you will need 1 cup rose floral water, 1tbsp jojoba oil, 10 drops of vitamin E oil. Take a double boiler and on its top add rose water to let it get heated. Once warm, add jojoba oil. Leave it on hair for few minutes to get deep conditioning. Rinse with warm water and then shampoo your hair. After shampoo, wash again with cool water.

Seasame and Coconut Protein Conditioner: For this conditioner, you will need 2tbsp of olive oil, 2tbsp of seasame oil,2 eggs, 2 tbsp of coconut milk, 2tbsp of honey, 1tbsp of coconut oil. Mix all these ingredients well and apply on your hair for around 20-30 minutes. Rinse with cold water and then you can shampoo your hair.

Hot Oil Hair Recipe: For shiny and silky hair ingredients needed include:

Coconut oil- 1tbsp

Almond oil- 1 tsbp

Evening primrose oil- 1 tbsp

Jojoba oil- 1 tbsp

5 Drops of Rosemary Essential oil

Just melt coconut oil in a double boiler and add the carrier oils. Let them cool down and then add Essential Oils. Apply this to your hair and wrap a towel on head. Leave it for 30-45 minutes. Wash with water.

How to Make Hair Conditioner at Home

You can make hair conditioner yourself at home. This natural conditioner is suitable for curly and straight hair. The natural recipe includes:

2 cups of distilled water

2 cups of apple cider vinegar

Drops of sandalwood oil

Wash your hair with water and apply on hair. Massage your hair and scalp well. Rinse well with cool water. This conditioner is effective for not just adults but children too.

Milk is also said to be a good conditioner for hair. Apply on hair with a brush. Leave for 30 minutes and then wash off with shampoo.
